All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Order Tracking Service

International Customs & Duties Liability
For all shipments delivered outside the United States, the customer bears full responsibility for all local import duties, customs taxes, and customs clearance fees. We hold no liability for delivery delays caused by customs inspection procedures in destination countries.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect recipient address, delivery refusal, or unclaimed pickup, all reshipping costs will be fully covered by the customer. We are not responsible for financial losses arising from inaccurate address or contact information provided by buyers.
Lost or Damaged Shipment Support
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours after delivery confirmation if your package is lost, severely delayed, or damaged upon receipt. We will assist you with filing carrier claims and resolving related issues.
